How a search runs
Four steps. A person is on the middle two with you.
01
Submit your profile
Send your name, a way to reach you, the role you want, and a resume. The 14-day trial starts from that profile.
02
We start applying
Discovery, specialist review, a tailored resume, then submission on the employer site. The pace is 100+ tailored applications per week.
03
You take the calls
We reply to recruiter email. You answer the phone, give interview times, and show up.
04
You’re placed
We keep working the search until you are placed. The placement fee is 10% of first-year salary, and the written terms still need legal review.

How one job moves
Sample
01
AI discovery
Software looks for fresh postings that match the role you named.
02
Human review
A career specialist keeps, cuts, or reshapes each match before it moves on.
03
Tailored resume
A resume is written for that posting, using only your real history.
04
Submitted
We apply on the employer’s career site. The email goes to your inbox.
05
Recruiter reply
We answer recruiter email for you and flag anything that needs a call.
06
Interview
You pick up the phone and give the times you can meet.
The moving mark is a sample posting. It is not a real employer and not a client result.
