A person approves every account
Signing up does not start a search by itself. A teammate approves or rejects the account. Until then, the portal stays on a waiting screen. You can sign out from that screen.
Your record stays in your account
The portal shows the applications, documents, and messages stored for the signed-in customer. It does not email employers and it does not submit a job from the buttons on these pages.
Resumes are private files
Resume uploads go to private storage when that storage is configured. The portal keeps the storage path, not a public link. Cover letters are stored as text on your account.
Payments are not connected
The ApplyOnBehalf trial does not ask for a card in this portal. There is no payment processor on the account page. The price you see on the pricing page is the published offer, not a charge.
